On September 20, with the official launch of the independently developed production big data system, the three-year efforts of NHI yielded fruitful results, and the enterprise has entered the era of data production.

Since the implementation of the hybrid transformation, NHI has embarked on the construction of the production big data system platform: using big data technology, it has carried out the application of big data model building and cloud computing analysis of production and processing technology, introduced algorithm models, combined with the characteristics of small batch production and processing of single piece, simulated and inspected the high-level scheduling of production and manufacturing process planning, and established a production digital platform. This platform realizes the collection of product master data, advanced scheduling of production plans, and monitoring of production and manufacturing processes. The platform can effectively improve the planning of the manufacturing process because of the reasonable arrangement of equipment, personnel, materials and other resources. At the same time, the platform uses the Internet of Things technology to upgrade the traditional manufacturing and processing equipment with minimum cost by adding sensors to the original traditional equipment and opening up network links.

This system can improve the utilization rate of equipment by more than 20%. In the future, we will establish a data chain covering the whole production, manufacturing and processing process of NHI through multi system data interchange. More production data will be used to assist the process, production, equipment and other departments to carry out optimization and continuous improvement.
